Use a single serving of the preparation – 3 capsules 2 times a day. Drink the preparation with 300 ml of water. On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals.
