Maybe you’re not sure where to start or stuck because you’re worried whether or not you can stick through it for the next few months? Well, we all need a little motivation when we’re just starting out and G-13 is the right place for you! Our packages are custom-made to suit your individual goals.
At G-13 we bring your dream body to life with some help and guidance from our professional team of PT’s who have years of experience.
1.Consultation
@G-13 we offer free one to one consultation where we will carry out an initial evaluation. This usually includes basic fitness tests, a discussion of your medical history, body mass calculations and SMART goal settings which includes specific details in your plan, tracking of measurables, actionable goals, realistic goals and timebound.
2.Find your fitness/ health goal
We will help find a plan that best suits your needs on this health and fitness journey. @G-13 our personal trainers will be able to design a program personalised to you by planning out your short and long term goals.
3.Questionnaires and answers
The next step is to fill out some questions so that we can better understand your body type, strengths and weaknesses. @G-13 all plans are specifically tailored to your needs so you can get in touch with your personal trainer at anytime and anywhere!
4.Preparing the plans
Whether you’re someone who’s working over 10 hours a day and needs to find a time in your schedule for a quick work-out or someone who needs help with meal prepping, our professional team @G-13 has got you covered. With a little help and small adjustments we will help you prepare a plan that suits your timetable.
5.Action
In this final stage, our PT’s @G-13 will be there to guide you through the steps from a beginner in fitness to someone who’s healthier, stronger and more confident!
